Born in 1994 in a small village in the heart of the Abruzzo National Park, Jacopo Ursitti grew up in close contact with the mountains, developing a deep connection with the natural world around him.

After graduating in Conservation Biology in Rome, he worked for some years as a wildlife biologist. During those years, practicing photography, he developed a visual language whose purpose is to creating an authentic connection between the viewer and the subjects of his images.

After a decade dedicated almost entirely to mountain environments, he discovered Africa, falling in love with its boundless skies and the fragility of its wildlife.

Through his work, Jacopo aims to protect ecosystems by inspiring a broader and more conscious love for the natural world in its entirety.
